There has been a big increase this year in the number of pupils learning musical instruments. Pupils can learn violin, piano, flute, clarinet, saxophone, acoustic guitar, electric guitar, bass guitar and also theory of music.

I have been thrilled with the amount of interest and Elena Tkachenko who organizes the classes has been inundated with applications from pupils who wish to join this thriving programme.

Many of our pupils performed during two delightful instrumental concerts held after school in February.
